Sprinkler Park

Instead of going to the park, we've been hitting the sprinkler park. We're very lucky to have these two parks in our neighborhood. AnLi of course dives right in, while Carli takes a while to get used to the water. She pretty much likes to run around the perimeter and hang out by me. The other day she actually decided to get a little wet and walk up to the rainbow. I'm sure soon enough she'll be right there in the mix with AnLi.

Garage Sale

It was our neighborhood garage sales and I have plenty of junk to get rid of. The girls were quite entertaining. AnLi was fine with getting rid of her stuff, but when it came to this lady buying my old diaper bag, AnLi kept saying, "Why you take my mommy's purse?" She just didn't really get the whole concept.

Hayley's Graduation Party

My niece Hayley graduated this year! She has become a very beautiful, intelligent, thougtful and caring person and we wish her all the best in the years to come! They had a great graduation party. And I know why we don't live on a lake...I'd never keep my little fishies out of the water and I'd be a nervous wreck. :) Carli had been running a fever for a couple of days. She was still sleeping when we needed to leave, so Brian came out to the party with her after she woke up later in the afternoon, just in time for her first boat ride, which she loved.

Rain-brellas

The girls got new rain-brellas, as AnLi says, and they couldn't wait to try them out. First thing in the morning, bed head and jammies, they ran out to play in the rain. AnLi gave Carli a lesson on twirling rain-brellas.
